I love to bake. It's a well known fact. Baking includes lots of butter and lots of measurements, but when these measurements are completely unfamiliar to you (grams, not ounces or even cups) and they don't correspond to your recipes, sometimes parts of baking can become a chore.
Costco just opened in Sydney about 4 months ago. Lucky for me they carry butter....American butter.
No more butter in measuring cups for me.
It's the simple things that make me feel at home. I am one happy girl.
